The Farazzled Physio website and social media platforms are Faraz Sethi, a specialist musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist working in the NHS and private practice in the UK.

Faraz has worked in many roles through his almost 20 years as a Physiotherapist including professional sport and has had the chance to learn from some of the world's leading experts in physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

His career has seen him work in the UK, Azerbaijan, the USA and The UAE. His treatment philosophies have been shared amongst elite-level professional football players as well as little old granny Doris from Hampshire!

Faraz has helped a wide and diverse range of people return to full function after an injury or episode of pain, whether that be walking to the local high street to grab a newspaper or returning to high-impact sport. He understands the paramount importance of good, honest and meaningful rehab.

As a keen sportsman himself, Faraz understands the pressures and frustrations surrounding the injury and is keen to help athletes and the members of the local community from all walks of life and differing athletic abilities return to their pre-injury levels of performance.

Faraz has extensive training and clinical experience in orthopaedic medical assessment and treatment and always looks for the most effective, efficient, and evidence-based approach to help people recover as quickly and safely as possible. His main philosophy is 'calm shit down, build shit back up!'

Faraz is a clinician, not a researcher so you will not see any publications in journals. However, you will be able to read plenty of Blogs on large physiotherapy platforms such as the 'Better Clinician Project' and 'Physio Network.' Faraz has also been fortunate enough to deliver talks at large-scale conferences in UK, Poland, Dubai and India.

You can also follow him on Instagram for regular educational content surrounding physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
